Refurbishment of European Sales Headquarters

Pitney Bowes  is on the front lines of the communication revolution and provides outsourced print, mail, customer communications management, document & e-document processing services to organisations across the world. Pitney Bowes required a first class sales environment, to reflect their culture of innovation, growth and ambition.

Cashman Interior Services were assigned to realize the Pitney Bowes vision of a dynamic, productive sales environment. They appreciated our core values of creativity, enthusiasm and our commitment to continuous communication, as well as the specialist expertise we were able to bring to the project. We were appointed principal contractor, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the refurbishment of the existing training centre and the fit out the vacant adjacent space and delivering a new, inspirational, dynamic European Sales Headquarters.

This project was unique in that the client design brief was interpreted, specified and the budget agreed in under a week. With tight deadlines and a requirement to deliver the new environment during occupation, with minimum disruption and zero downtime, Cashman Interiors faced up to the challenge. A careful analysis of the existing workspace, practices and requirements enabled us to design an environment compatible with the company's vision and ideology. A phased programme of works was introduced and the entire project was completed and delivered within the required timescales and within budget.
